The glass vial, tall with white atomizer is a practical packaging material for hygienic and convenient dispensing of liquid and low-viscosity products. Thanks to the dark glass, the influence of light (UV) on sensitive ingredients is naturally reduced, which promotes the stability of formulations during storage. The glass is material neutral and suitable wherever you want to preserve the aroma, properties and purity of the contents without unwanted packaging influences. The packaging is food grade.
Packaging and closure combinations that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

We recommend using the advanced filter, which can be found at the top of the page by clicking on the category. You can filter by neck, size, colour and material to quickly find packaging compatible with your product.
It is best suited for thin solutions to be applied evenly in a fine layer. For thicker or oilier mixtures, the atomization may be less smooth, so we recommend doing a trial with your particular formula.
Yes, the packaging can be reused as long as hygiene guidelines are followed. Before each refill, the packaging should be thoroughly cleaned, then disinfected and allowed to dry completely. For example, you can use IPA 99% (ALK001) or ethanol 96% (ALK002) for disinfection.
We recommend filling into a clean and dry container, wiping the neck before closing, and testing both the seal and atomization after filling. For formulations with higher levels of salts, sugars or thickeners, it is advisable to perform a longer use test to verify dosage stability.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Take the glass bottle to a glass collection. Dispose of the atomizer in the plastic recycling bin according to local regulations; it is advisable to separate the parts before throwing away, if the design allows it. Before sorting, empty the container and rinse if necessary.
