The tall glass vial with white dropper lid is a practical packaging material for the accurate packaging of liquid products and mixtures with a light consistency, where material stability, hygienic filling and controlled dosing are important. Thanks to the dark glass, it naturally limits light exposure and helps protect the contents from UV rays, which is advantageous for formulations with sensitive ingredients. The packaging is also food grade, so it is also suitable for selected products intended for internal use (subject to hygiene and its own compatibility test).
The packaging and cap combinations, which are created directly at Handymade, are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (seal, dispensing, and packaging behavior in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging is food grade. For food applications, we recommend observing filling hygiene, appropriate closure and testing both the seal and the behaviour of the packaging when in contact with the specific contents.
The dropper is particularly practical for products where you want to dispense small quantities and have control over the application, for example serums, oil blends, extracts or tinctures. For thicker formulations, we always recommend doing your own dosage test.
Yes, the packaging can be reused as long as hygiene guidelines are followed. Before filling, the packaging must be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002) - for example with IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or Ethanol 96%. Allow the packaging to dry completely before filling.
We recommend doing a practical test: fill the packing, seal and let stand in different positions. Then check for any leakage, stability of the closure and functionality of the dropper. For aromatic or more volatile ingredients, it is advisable to perform the test after a longer storage time.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Once the glass vial has been emptied and cleaned, put it in a glass container. Separate the plastic parts (lid and dropper) and sort them into the plastic collection according to your local sorting rules. Separating the materials will facilitate recycling.
