The glass vial, tall, with white knurled lid with safety lock is a practical packaging material for accurate and hygienic packaging of liquid and low viscosity formulations where material stability and protection of the contents during storage is important. Dark glass naturally helps to limit light exposure to sensitive ingredients, which is useful for extracts, oil blends and formulations with active ingredients. Designed for convenient use, this set includes a glass vial and a white knurled lid with a safety lock for secure closure. The packaging is suitable for both everyday production and professional packaging and meets both cosmetic and food grade quality (according to product parameters).
The packaging and cap combinations that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, food grade is indicated in the parameters for this product. For food use, we recommend that care is taken to ensure clean packaging, appropriate closure and safe storage guidelines are followed according to the type of product being filled.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each refill, the packaging should be cleaned and disinfected - for example, IPA 99% (ALK001) or ethanol 96% (ALK002) are suitable. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry thoroughly.
The fuse helps to visually check if the container has been opened after filling. It is particularly handy for products intended for sale, when travelling or in storage where you want to be sure of a consistent closure.
We recommend using the advanced filter, which can be found at the top of the page by clicking on a category. Using the filter, you can select packaging by neck, size, colour and material to quickly find compatible and suitable packaging for your product.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the materials listed in the product parameters. Take the glass vial to the glass collection and the plastic parts (lid and fuse) to the plastic collection, ideally separately. Empty and rinse the container before discarding to reduce contamination of separated waste.
