Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the mechanical part of the sprayer and then disinfect them with a suitable product, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured – plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then refill the packaging in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination.

How to choose a suitable formula for this type of throat sprayer?

The throat spray is designed for liquid preparations with low to medium viscosity that can be finely sprayed. Thick gels or highly viscous emulsions may be more difficult to dose and the formation of a uniform spray will deteriorate. Before final filling, we recommend testing the behaviour of the selected formula in a smaller quantity, checking the smoothness of dosing and whether the nozzle does not become clogged during prolonged use.

How to safely dispose of and recycle this packaging if I do not want to continue using it?

The plastic parts of the sprayer (including the tube) should be sorted according to the type of plastic indicated for the product or handed over within municipal waste collection if local regulations do not allow other sorting. Before disposal, it is advisable to rinse the packaging so that no residues of the original product remain in it.
