Can this glass bottle with sprayer be used repeatedly?

Yes, the bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed. Before each refilling, the packaging and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol (for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or 96% denatured plant-based ethanol). After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature and only then refill the container.

For which type of products is this spray packaging most suitable?

The bottle is most suitable for liquid, low-viscosity products that need to be applied as a fine spray. These are mainly facial and body toners, hydrosols, hair tonics, refreshing mists, home and fabric sprays and light disinfectant solutions. For thicker formulations (for example emulsions with higher viscosity), we recommend testing the spraying on a small trial batch to verify whether the dispensing system is suitable for your product.

How should the glass bottle and sprayer be properly cleaned and disinfected before further use?

We recommend first mechanically cleaning the packaging (rinsing with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent) and then thoroughly rinsing with clean water. Afterwards, the bottle and the individual parts of the sprayer must be disinfected – for example by rinsing or filling with a small amount of alcohol such as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or 96% denatured plant-based ethanol, which you leave to act for several minutes. After disinfection, allow all components to air dry so that no residue of cleaning agent or alcohol remains, and only then refill the packaging.

How should the bottle and sprayer be properly recycled if I do not want to use them further?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can usually be placed in the glass recycling container after removing any product residues and labels. The sprayer and any plastic parts must be sorted into the appropriate container according to the type of plastic indicated in the technical parameters of the product. Before disposal, always check the local waste separation rules and follow the manufacturer’s recommendations given in the product description.
