Frosted glass pharmaceutical bottle, black cap is a professional packaging solution suitable for precise dosing as well as safe storage of more sensitive formulations. Thanks to the high-quality glass and sealing closure, it is suitable for filling both liquid and solid (powdered) products that require a stable environment and protection from external influences. The frosted glass helps to limit light penetration, thus contributing to better stability of the contents during storage.
Glass pharmaceutical bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators), depending on the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the glass pharmaceutical bottle with a frosted surface and a quality closure is suitable for packaging facial serums, oil blends, boosters and other concentrated formulations. The resistant glass contributes to the stability of formulations, does not affect the fragrance or colour of the contents and, in combination with an appropriate dispensing system, allows precise and hygienic use of the product.
The packaging can be reused provided that basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each refilling, the bottle and cap must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example with isopropyl alcohol or denatured plant ethanol. Only after the alcohol has completely dried and ventilated do we recommend refilling the packaging, in order to maintain the quality and safety of the final product.
We recommend storing the filled bottle well closed, in a dry place, at a stable room temperature and away from direct sunlight. Although the frosted glass helps to limit the impact of light, for sensitive formulations it is advisable to place the finished products in a cabinet or a closable box. Avoid extreme temperatures and significant temperature fluctuations, which could negatively affect the stability of the contents as well as the functionality of the closure.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the material information specified in the product parameters. The glass part can generally be disposed of in a glass container after removing product residues and labels, while the plastic cap belongs in the separate collection of plastics according to local rules. Before recycling, it is advisable to rinse the packaging to minimise product residues and to facilitate processing in the recycling process.
