Glass bottle – matte pharmaceutical bottle with neck spray is a professional packaging solution suitable for precise and hygienic dispensing of liquid preparations with the help of a fine sprayer. The matte glass helps protect more sensitive contents from light and at the same time looks elegant and aesthetic in both cosmetic and laboratory ranges. Thanks to the durable glass and high-quality spray mechanism, this bottle is ideal for products that require even atomization onto the skin, mucous membranes or a surface.
This glass bottle is sold as a standalone package that is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected parameters – for example screw caps, droppers, atomizers or practical applicators. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the glass bottle can be used repeatedly with a suitable type of product, always while complying with strict hygiene rules. Before each new filling, both the packaging and the spray mechanism must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected – we recommend, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find in the range as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely so that your formulation is not affected by residues of the cleaning agent.
The neck spray is ideal for liquid preparations that need to be applied as a fine mist or precise stream – for example face and body sprays, refreshing mists, herbal solutions intended for external use or disinfectant preparations for the hands. It is also suitable for test and laboratory samples where you need even dosing without contact with the skin of the fingers.
First, mechanically rinse the glass container with a suitable cleaning agent and warm water to remove residues of the original contents. Then the packaging must be disinfected – we recommend rinsing and spraying with alcohol, for example with IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or 96 % denatured plant-based ethanol. Pay attention also to the spray mechanism itself: we recommend “pumping” it several times with the disinfectant solution so that the entire dosing tube is flushed. Before new filling, the packaging and all components must be completely dry.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the material type listed in the product parameters. Place the glass part of the bottle, after rinsing out any remaining contents, into the container designated for glass. The plastic atomizer and any other plastic parts must be separated and sorted among plastics according to local recycling rules. Always follow the symbols and material indications in the parameter table at the product on the Handymade.sk website so that recycling is as accurate and environmentally efficient as possible.
