The glass bottle can be used repeatedly as long as you observe basic hygiene rules and the packaging shows no visible damage. Before each new filling, the bottle and cap must be thoroughly washed, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured vegetable. Allow the prepared container to dry completely and only then refill it, in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination of the product.

When filling thicker or oil-based formulations, we recommend using a funnel or suitable filling aid to prevent contamination of the neck and thread. After filling, it is advisable to clean the inner and outer thread and only then close the container, which will support good sealing and the long-term functionality of the cap. For new formulas it is practical to first test a smaller volume in order to verify the behaviour of the product in the packaging (stability, viscosity during dosing, etc.).

Durable glass and a solid aluminium cap ensure a reliable closure, making the bottle suitable for carrying in a cosmetic bag or luggage. We recommend always checking that the closure is properly tightened and, for longer trips, placing the bottle in a separate protective pouch or case. For very sensitive formulations or for air transport, it is advisable to add extra protection, for example by using secondary packaging (zip bag, case), to prevent contamination of the contents of your luggage in the event of an unexpected mechanical impact.

If you decide not to use the container any further, we recommend recycling it according to the material types specified in the product parameters. In most cases, the glass part can be sorted into the glass container after thorough emptying and rinsing, while the metal cap belongs with metal packaging according to local waste-sorting rules. Before handing it over for recycling, remove any product residues and separate the individual parts of the packaging (glass, metal) to facilitate the recycling process and allow the material to be effectively reused.
