Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before filling, the packaging should be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002), for example with IPA 99% (ALK001) or ethanol 96% (ALK002), and then all parts should be allowed to dry completely.

When filling, keep the neck of the container clean and close it with no product residue on the threads. Before long-term use, we recommend doing your own compatibility test with the final formulation (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour at the actual viscosity of the product).

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. According to the materials listed in the parameters, it is advisable to separate the different parts: after emptying, rinse the glass vial and sort it into the glass collection, sort the plastic parts of the dispenser into the plastic collection and sort the metal parts into the metal collection, according to the possibilities of your local sorting.
