The plastic bottle with spray pump is a practical packaging material designed for convenient application of various liquid preparations as a fine mist. Thanks to the transparent body, you always have visual control over the contents, which makes filling, dosing and checking the amount of product easier. The sprayer ensures even atomization, therefore the bottle is suitable for cosmetic, hygiene and home-care products.
The packaging is designed to reliably hold liquid formulations, hydrosols, toners or cleansing solutions without unwanted leakage. PET material is lightweight, strong and, when used correctly, impact-resistant, which makes this container an ideal solution for home and professional use, including travel sizes.
This plastic bottle with sprayer is designed as a functional combination of packaging and dosing element. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – check the sealing, dosing consistency and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (e.g. alcohol content, oil phase or product pH).
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle can be reused provided that basic hygiene principles are followed and it is compatible with your product. Before every new filling, the packaging needs to be thoroughly cleaned and properly disinfected. For disinfection, we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find for example in the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol and Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After rinsing and drying, you can refill the bottle with a suitable preparation. At the same time, keep in mind that PET material is not intended for boiling or for cleaning in a dishwasher, so always choose a gentle cleaning procedure without extremely high temperature.
The easiest way to find a suitable package is to use the advanced filter in the relevant packaging category. After clicking on the category (for example bottles, jars or dispensers), you will find the advanced filter at the top of the page. Using the filter, you can clearly select according to key parameters such as neck type and size, overall size of the packaging, colour or material. This allows you to tailor your selection precisely to your formulation and the visual concept of the final product.
Before reuse, we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent, rinsing thoroughly with water and then disinfecting it. For disinfection, alcohol-based solutions such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný are suitable. After disinfection, let the packaging and the spray mechanism dry completely at room temperature. As this is a PET material, avoid high temperatures, boiling and dishwashing to prevent deformation of the bottle and damage to the sprayer.
The spray bottle is ideal for liquid preparations that are applied as a fine mist or spray. Typically, these include facial and body toners, hydrosols, hair sprays, air fresheners, textile and room sprays, disinfectant solutions for hands or surfaces and various aromatherapeutic blends. It is always important to verify the compatibility of the specific formula with the PET material and the sprayer itself, especially if the formula contains a higher proportion of alcohol, oil components or specific active substances.
Store the bottle at normal room temperature, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures, so do not place the packaging near radiators, in a hot car or in environments with extreme temperature fluctuations. This will reduce the risk of plastic deformation and any impact on the functionality of the sprayer. When storing filled bottles, make sure they are properly closed to prevent evaporation of the contents or unwanted leakage of liquid.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend placing it in sorted waste according to the information given in the parameter table for the product. PET packaging is usually sorted into containers intended for plastics; before disposal, it is advisable to empty the bottle and, if necessary, lightly rinse it so that no product residues remain. You can dispose of the spray head separately according to local sorting rules if the material labelling categorizes plastic components differently. Follow local recycling rules and recommendations so that the recycling process is as efficient as possible.
