Glass bottle with dropper represents a professional packaging solution that is ideal for precise dosing of liquid preparations where control over the amount and hygiene of application is important. Thanks to its high-quality workmanship and dropper with a fine pipette, it is suitable for filling various cosmetic and technical solutions that require gradual and targeted application. Glass is a stable and chemically resistant material that minimizes interaction with the contents and helps preserve their properties throughout the entire period of use.
This glass bottle is supplied in combination with a dropper, and on Handymade only such combinations of packaging and closures are created that are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – verify the sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with your specific formulation, especially for products containing acids, alcohol or essential oils.

Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, both the bottle and the dropper must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, we recommend the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely so that no residual moisture remains in the packaging.
First remove the residues of the original product by mechanically rinsing with warm water and a suitable mild cleaning agent. Then we recommend using clear water for thorough rinsing without detergent residues. After drying, carry out disinfection of the inner surface of the bottle and the dropper using alcohol – for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. Before refilling, make sure that all parts are completely dry and do not retain any odour of the cleaning agent.
When filling, work on a clean work surface and use clean tools – a funnel, measuring vessels or syringes intended for cosmetic production. Do not overfill the bottle so that the dropper does not push the contents out when closing and so that no leakage occurs into the thread. After filling, check that the thread is dry and clean, and only then fit and tighten the dropper. While working, try not to touch the inner side of the neck or the pipette with your hands to minimize the risk of microbial contamination.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend recycling it according to the material specified in the product parameters. After rinsing, place the glass container in the bin intended for glass, while the closure with dropper must be sorted according to the type of material (usually plastic or a combination of materials). Before disposal, remove any product residues so that they do not affect the recycling process. Always follow local waste sorting rules and the information on materials in the product parameter table on Handymade.
