The glass bottle with spray dispenser is a professional packaging solution suitable for various liquid preparations that need to be dispensed using a fine and even mist. Thanks to the durable glass and high-quality spray mechanism, this packaging is ideal for cosmetic products, homemade recipes and small batches of professional formulations. Glass is chemically stable, does not change the properties of the contents and, together with the precisely fitting spray dispenser, helps to keep the product in the desired quality over the long term.
This glass bottle is a standalone packaging component that is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems, depending on the selected parameters. Depending on the specific version, it is possible to use, for example, screw caps, droppers, spray dispensers or practical applicators. Combinations of containers and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The bottle with spray dispenser is most suitable for liquid and low-viscosity preparations such as waters, light solutions and thin emulsions. Thick creams or gels may interfere with the proper function of the mechanism, so for richer formulations we recommend using a glass container with a pump or another type of dispensing system. Before final filling, always test how the specific product behaves in the packaging.
The packaging can be reused provided that hygiene principles are observed. Before each filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based product, for example isopropyl alcohol (IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol) or ethanol (Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný). After the disinfectant has dried, you can refill the packaging with the selected product.
During long-term use, product residues may build up in the nozzle or in the suction part. It is recommended to occasionally unscrew the spray dispenser, rinse it with lukewarm water or a suitable solution and allow it to dry completely. For formulations containing oils, it is advisable to flush the mechanism with a small amount of alcohol and then with water to prevent clogging. Regular maintenance extends the service life of the entire dispensing system.
If you do not wish to reuse the packaging, it is recommended to dispose of it responsibly by recycling. After emptying and basic cleaning, place the glass bottle in a container designated for segregated glass collection. The plastic spray dispenser must be removed from the neck and handed over according to the local rules for sorting plastic waste. We recommend adapting the specific way of separating the individual packaging components to the recycling rules stated in the product parameter table and to the guidelines of your local waste collection system.
