The glass bottle made of milky transparent glass is a universal container suitable for precise dosing of various oil-based, aqueous and emulsion formulations. Thanks to the stable glass and high-quality workmanship, it is ideal for packaging products where cleanliness, a repeatable dose and a professional appearance of the final product are important. The milky glass at the same time partially limits the penetration of light and helps protect more sensitive contents from deterioration, while still allowing you to see how full the container is.

FAQ – Most frequent questions

Is this glass bottle also suitable for products containing essential oils?

The glass bottle is in general also suitable for formulations containing essential oils, provided that the essential oils are properly diluted in a carrier (vegetable oil, emulsion or another suitable base) and the recommended concentrations are respected. Before introducing it into production, we recommend preparing a trial batch which you monitor for several days to weeks in terms of stability, change in fragrance, colour and viscosity, as well as in terms of the functionality of the chosen dispensing.

Can I reuse this bottle for new batches of products?

The packaging can be reused if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, however, it is necessary to clean the bottle thoroughly and rinse it with a residual medium compatible with the product and then disinfect it. For disinfection we recommend using, for example, isopropyl alcohol IPA 99% available on the page /ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l/ or vegetable ethanol 96% available on the page /etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l/. After treatment, allow the packaging to dry thoroughly and only then fill it again.

How should I correctly recycle or ecologically dispose of this glass bottle if I no longer want to use it?

If you decide not to use the bottle any longer, we recommend placing it into separated collection according to the material listed in the product parameters. After emptying and basic cleaning, put the glass part into the appropriate glass container. If the packaging also includes a plastic or metal closure, separate the individual materials and dispose of them in the appropriate containers according to local waste sorting rules. In the case of local recycling specifics, follow the recommendations of your waste management service or municipality.

Is this bottle also suitable for travelling or carrying products in a handbag?

The glass bottle is also suitable for smaller travel sizes, provided you choose a suitable type of closure or dispenser with good sealing and the contents are not extremely susceptible to shock. Before travelling we recommend performing a leakage test (place the filled and closed bottle horizontally for several hours on an absorbent surface), and when carrying it, store it in a resealable bag or case which reduces the risk of breakage and possible leakage.
