The plastic bottle with sprayer represents a practical solution for packaging and dispensing various liquid preparations intended for both cosmetic and cleaning use. Thanks to the transparent design, you always have an overview of the contents and their quantity, which makes it easier to control your stock as well as to visually check the product. The integrated sprayer ensures even application and convenient use during everyday care or home production of products.
The container is suitable for liquid formulations that require fine spraying – from facial and body waters, through hair sprays, to homemade cleaning solutions. Thanks to the properties of the plastic material, the bottle is lightweight, resistant to normal mechanical stress, and comfortable for carrying and storage.
This bottle with fitted sprayer is designed as a functional unit. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure the packaging works reliably with your specific product.

The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to minimise the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection we recommend using, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol – you will find them in our range as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based. After treatment, allow all parts to dry completely and only then refill the packaging.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that, after emptying and basic rinsing, you place it in sorted waste collection according to the type of plastic material indicated in the product parameters. Before handing it over for collection, it is advisable to remove any remaining contents and, where possible, separate the plastic parts (for example the bottle body and the spray head) so that recycling is as efficient as possible. The specific recycling symbol and the recommended type of container can be found with the product in the parameter table on the page.
The plastic material of this bottle is not intended for contact with very hot or freshly cooked preparations. Exposure to high temperatures may lead to deformation of the packaging and negatively affect the functionality of the sprayer. Therefore, fill the bottle only after the contents have completely cooled to room temperature. The packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling – for cleaning, use lukewarm water, a mild detergent and subsequent disinfection as needed.
Before introducing the packaging into regular production, we recommend carrying out a small trial test. Fill one bottle with your formulation, check the sealing, the functionality of the sprayer and the behaviour of the packaging during storage under the planned conditions (time, temperature, light, handling). Observe any changes in the shape of the packaging, discolouration of the plastic, release of plastic odour, or changes in the consistency of the product. Only after a successful test is it appropriate to move on to filling a larger quantity of products.
