The packaging can be reused provided that proper hygiene principles are followed. Before each refilling, both the bottle and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based disinfectant, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. Disinfection helps minimise the risk of microbial contamination and ensures the stability of your cosmetic and hygiene preparations. In the case of PET material, avoid exposure to high temperatures, do not boil the packaging and do not wash it in a dishwasher to prevent deformation.

We recommend first rinsing the packaging mechanically with a suitable cleaning solution or with warm water and a mild detergent (without aggressive solvents), then rinsing thoroughly with clean water and allowing it to dry. Then pour an appropriate amount of disinfectant alcohol into the bottle, for example isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol, close it with the spray pump and press several times so that the disinfectant also enters the inside of the mechanism. After the alcohol has acted, allow the packaging to air dry. For PET packaging, do not use hot water, do not boil it and do not expose it to high temperatures or to a dishwasher, in order to avoid deformation of the plastic.

The bottle with spray pump is ideal especially for liquid products with low to medium viscosity that need to be sprayed evenly in a thin layer. These include, for example, facial and body mists, hydrolats, hair sprays, hand disinfectant solutions, mild cleansing preparations, home and textile sprays or aromatherapeutic blends. Thick emulsions, gels or oils with high viscosity can reduce the functionality of the sprayer, so it is always advisable to test the behaviour of the specific formulation in the chosen packaging in advance.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the type of plastic given in the product parameter table. First, use up the contents of the packaging or empty it as much as possible, and if necessary, rinse out any residue. Then sort the container and the sprayer into the appropriate collection bin according to the material marking (for example, plastic packaging into the plastics container). Recycling symbols and material identification can be found in the product parameters on the website, which will help you place the packaging in the correct collection stream. By following these rules, you support the efficient processing of secondary raw materials and reduce the amount of waste.

We recommend storing the packaging in a dry and clean place, protected from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Especially in the case of PET material, it is advisable to avoid high temperatures that may lead to softening or deformation of the plastic; therefore, it is not recommended to leave the bottle in an overheated car, near radiators or other heat sources. During use, it is important not to overload the spray mechanism with dense or highly viscous preparations and always to check in time that the closure is properly tightened in order to minimise the risk of leakage of the contents.
