Is this jar suitable for packing creamy and gel-based cosmetics?

Yes, the jar is suitable for various types of creamy, oily and gel-based formulations intended for external use. During filling, we recommend working at an appropriate temperature so as not to subject the plastic to unnecessary stress, and always testing the formulation on a small trial batch to check whether it tolerates long-term storage in this type of packaging well.

Can I reuse the jar for further batches of products?

The jar can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling it is important to clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. By following this procedure, you support the microbiological safety of your own products and prolong the usability of the packaging itself.

How should I clean the jar properly before further use?

First mechanically remove the residues of the original product, then wash the jar in lukewarm water with a suitable cleaning agent, rinse well and let it dry completely. Only then do we recommend disinfecting the inner surface and the lid with alcohol (e.g. IPA 99 % or vegetable ethanol), letting it evaporate and then filling the packaging with a new formulation. When working, use clean tools and clean hands to minimise the risk of contamination.
