Glass bottle with white safety cap is a universal container suitable for filling various liquid and low-viscosity products. High-quality clear glass allows good visual control of the contents, which you will appreciate in both home and professional production of cosmetics or supplements.
Thanks to the rigid glass container and the cap with safety lock, this packaging is ideal for formulations where secure closing and minimisation of unintended opening, for example during transport or storage, are important. The bottle is suitable for laboratory, artisan and small-scale production use.
This glass bottle is a standalone container and is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected parameters in the packaging category – for example with screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators suitable for the given neck type.
The packaging–closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – check sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (especially with active, acidic or highly concentrated components).

Yes, the glass packaging can be reused with proper care. With each refilling it is essential to thoroughly clean the bottle and the cap and then disinfect them with a suitable agent, for example using isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Adhering to hygiene principles is crucial for the stability and safety of your final products.
Before first use we recommend mechanically washing the bottle and the cap in warm water with a suitable cleaning agent, rinsing well and allowing them to dry completely. Afterwards it is advisable to disinfect the inner surface and the contact areas of the closure with an alcoholic solution, for example using IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol or 96 % plant ethanol. Only after the alcohol has completely evaporated is the packaging ready for safe filling.
If you decide not to use the bottle further, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition stated in the product parameters. After emptying and basic rinsing, the glass container is usually sorted into the glass container, while the plastic or composite closure is sorted, depending on the type of material (e.g. PP), into the appropriate plastics container. Before handing it over to sorted collection, remove any remaining contents and, if applicable, labels according to local recycling rules.
Clear glass is ideal wherever you want to have a good visual overview of the colour and clarity of the product or to monitor possible changes during storage. The bottle is therefore suitable for watery toners, facial and hair lotions, hydrolats, test samples of formulations, technical solutions or working concentrates with a recommendation to store them away from direct light. For light-sensitive components it is important to ensure correct storage according to the recommendations for the specific formulation.
