The plastic bottle with dispenser is a practical packaging designed for hygienic and precise dispensing of liquid and gel products. Thanks to the integrated dispensing mechanism, it helps keep the contents protected from contamination and at the same time ensures comfortable use during everyday care of the body, hair and household.
This type of cosmetic bottle is suitable for packing products that require a controlled amount during application – from soaps and creams to special preparations. The durable plastic material is lightweight, unbreakable and, with proper use, retains the shape and the functionality of the dispenser over the long term.
This product is supplied as a combination of bottle and dispenser, which is designed so that they work together functionally in normal use. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the enclosed Packaging quality certificate and in the product parameters.
If you do not plan to use the packaging repeatedly, we recommend recycling it correctly according to the type of material used indicated in the parameter table for the product. When sorting waste, follow the relevant recycling symbol and local rules for plastic collection so that the material can be efficiently reprocessed.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene rules are observed. However, before each new filling, it is necessary to clean and disinfect the bottle and the dispenser thoroughly in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination of the product. For disinfection, we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let all parts dry completely and only then refill the packaging.
We recommend cleaning the dispenser by gently rinsing it with lukewarm water with a small amount of a mild cleaning agent, then rinsing thoroughly with clean water and, if necessary, disinfecting with an alcohol solution. Do not use aggressive chemicals, abrasive agents or high temperatures, which could damage the seals and flexible parts of the mechanism. After cleaning, let the dispenser dry in a vertical position so that the water can drain away freely.
Before recycling, empty the packaging and rinse out the product residues as well as possible. Then follow the material indicated in the product parameters and the relevant recycling symbol. Plastic bottles are normally sorted into the container intended for plastics, and it is advisable to separate the bottle and the dispenser if they are made from different materials. Always respect local waste sorting rules so that the material can be efficiently recovered in the recycling process.
For thicker or strongly foaming formulations, we recommend first filling a smaller test amount and testing the dosing. Observe whether the dispenser smoothly draws in the contents, whether it does not become clogged and whether the product does not leak at the thread. In the case of very thick emulsions, it may be necessary to reduce the viscosity of the formula or choose a different type of closure. Do not fill the bottle right up to the rim so that the dispensing system has enough space to function correctly.
The simplest solution is to use the advanced filter in the packaging material category. After clicking on the relevant category (for example bottles, jars or dropper bottles), you will find the filter at the top of the page. In it you can combine several parameters at once – for example the type and diameter of the neck, the size of the packaging, the colour and the material. In this way you can quickly narrow down the offer to packaging that best matches your formulation, the required dosing and the visual style of the brand.
