The plastic bottle with spray pump is a practical packaging material for various cosmetic and technical formulations that require a fine and even application using a spray. Thanks to the combination of a high-quality plastic body and a functional sprayer, it represents a reliable container for liquid preparations that need precise, hygienic and economical dosing. The darker shade of the bottle also helps to protect more sensitive contents from the effects of light, which is particularly advantageous for products containing plant extracts or aromatic components.
The packaging is designed to withstand everyday handling, frequent use and transport without unnecessary risk of breakage. The sprayer enables an even distribution of the liquid on the skin, hair, surfaces or into the air and is suitable wherever practical dispersion of a fine mist is required instead of classic pouring. Thanks to its properties, the bottle is suitable for liquid products based on water or alcohol that do not require special barrier packaging.
This packaging is supplied as a complete combination of bottle and sprayer, ready for immediate use after filling and closing. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

If the plastic material PET is stated for the product, it is important to take its specifics into account during filling and subsequent use. PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures, at which there is a risk of deformation of the bottle and deterioration of the sprayer functionality. Such packaging is not intended for boiling or dishwasher cleaning – gentle hand cleaning at appropriate temperatures is recommended in order to preserve the shape and functional properties.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly with a suitable type of fill, as long as it does not show visible signs of wear or damage. For each repeated filling it is important to follow hygienic principles – the bottle and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before refilling. For disinfection we recommend, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find on Handymade.sk as the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after they have evaporated is it suitable to refill the packaging with the selected preparation.
Bottles made of plastic, especially if it is PET material stated in the product parameters, are not suitable for filling with hot or freshly boiled solutions. High temperature can lead to deformation of the packaging, reduced stability of the material and deterioration of the sealing or function of the sprayer. It is recommended to fill only cooled formulations at room temperature and, when preparing recipes, to choose such a technological procedure that the packaging does not come into contact with temperatures for which it is not intended.
Before repeated use it is suitable to empty the bottle, rinse it with a suitable cleaning agent or warm water with a mild detergent and then rinse thoroughly with clean water. Afterwards, the packaging and the sprayer must be disinfected – for example by rinsing with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. The recommended products are IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After complete evaporation of the alcohol and drying of the inner surface, the bottle is ready for a new filling. For plastic packaging, boiling or dishwasher cleaning is not recommended in order to avoid deformation.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, its recycling is recommended according to the type of plastic stated in the product parameters and on the recycling symbol on the bottle itself. Before placing it in sorted waste, it is suitable to empty the container, roughly rinse it and separate any components that belong to another fraction (for example, a sprayer with a metal spring may belong to mixed waste, while the body of the bottle belongs to plastic). Recycling rules may differ slightly depending on the local waste collection system, so it is advisable to follow the recommendations of your municipality as well. In this way you will support more considerate handling of packaging material and reduce the amount of mixed waste.
