The plastic bottle with spray pump is a practical packaging for convenient application of various liquid formulations in the form of a fine mist. Thanks to its high‑quality design, it is suitable for filling cosmetic products, household blends and auxiliary solutions where even distribution on the skin, hair or surface is important.
The packaging consists of a lightweight plastic container complemented by a functional spray pump with a decorative collar, which makes it possible to combine practical dosing with a representative appearance of the packaging. The construction of the spray pump is designed to create a fine mist and to make it easier to control the amount of product applied.
The packaging is supplied as a complete combination of bottle and spray pump, ready for immediate filling and use without the need for additional components. Combinations of packs and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if proper hygienic principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol of plant origin. Only after the packaging has been cleaned and completely dried is it appropriate to refill it with a new product.
To maintain even spraying, we recommend occasional rinsing of the mechanism with clean water or a suitable cleaning solution that is compatible with the formulation used. Fill the spray pump with a small amount of the solution, press several times so that the inner capillary is flushed, then allow the mechanism to dry. For thicker or oil‑based blends, it is advisable to test the dosing and, if necessary, adjust the viscosity of the product.
Yes, the plastic bottle with spray pump is suitable for travelling thanks to its weight and durability. However, it is recommended to always check that the spray pump is properly tightened and to keep the packaging in an upright position during transport. For thicker or foaming formulations, it is useful to carry out a tightness test before the first trip to make sure that the contents do not leak under normal movement.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is recommended to recycle it according to the instructions given in the product parameters. First empty the bottle and the spray pump and remove as much of the remaining contents as possible. Then proceed in accordance with the recycling label of the material – place the packaging in the appropriate separate collection container intended for the given type of plastic. In the case of combined packaging, it is advisable, where possible, to separate the container from the spray mechanism and sort them according to the material.
