Glass dropper bottle with a white dropper represents a professional solution for precise dosing of cosmetic and other liquid preparations. The opaque white glass naturally helps protect more sensitive components from light, making the packaging suitable for formulations that require more stable conditions during storage. The integrated dropper enables convenient and controlled application of the product directly from the bottle without unnecessary waste.
This glass bottle is supplied in combination with a dropper that ensures convenient and controlled dosing of the contents. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the packaging works reliably with your specific product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters. When designing your product, we recommend taking this data into account, especially when working with active ingredients, volatile components or more viscous oils, in order to achieve optimal dosing and stability of the contents.
The glass bottle with dropper is suitable for many types of oil-based and mixed aromatherapeutic blends, as glass is a stable material commonly used for such products. However, we recommend always testing the specific formula in a smaller trial batch, monitoring the behavior of the dropper (dosing, possible clogging with more viscous oils) and the compatibility during long-term storage. In the case of very aggressive or atypical raw materials, it is advisable to consult the material composition and carry out a longer stress test.
The glass dropper bottle can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dropper must be thoroughly cleaned, any residues of the original product removed, and then the packaging disinfected. For disinfection we recommend using, for example, IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured vegetable. After applying the disinfecting alcohol, allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature. Only then refill the bottle, ideally with the same type of product, to minimize the risk of undesirable interaction of residues with the new formulation.
We recommend storing filled glass dropper bottles in a dry and clean place, protected from direct sunlight and significant temperature fluctuations. Even though the opaque white glass helps to limit light exposure, long-term exposure to heat or strong light can negatively affect sensitive components in the formula. It is advisable to keep the containers tightly closed, preferably in an upright position, to prevent leakage of liquid and excessive contact of the contents with the rubber or plastic parts of the dropper.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is appropriate to recycle it in accordance with local waste separation rules, according to the material specified in the product parameters. The glass container can generally be placed, after thorough emptying and basic rinsing, into a glass recycling bin, while the combined parts of the dropper (plastic, rubber, possibly metal) must be sorted according to local options or disposed of in mixed waste if separate recycling is not available. Before recycling, we recommend removing any product residues and, if necessary, labels that might complicate processing.
