Glass bottle – medicine bottle with dropper is a professional packaging primarily intended for precise dosing of liquid preparations, where control of the number of drops and reliable protection of the contents are important. In combination with the screw-on dropper, it enables convenient, hygienic and repeatedly precise dosing without the contents coming into contact with the external environment.
The dark glass of the medicine bottle naturally helps protect sensitive components from the effects of light, which is ideal especially for oils, serums and extracts containing active substances. This type of packaging is suitable for liquid formulations that require dropwise application – from cosmetics through aromatherapy to concentrated blends where high dosing accuracy is needed. The silver shiny dropper gives the packaging an elegant appearance while also providing practical, user-friendly closure.
This set consists of a glass medicine bottle with an already included dropper, so it is ready for immediate use without the need to purchase additional components. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the glass medicine bottle and the dropper can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the packaging and then disinfecting it with a suitable disinfectant, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99% – isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after cleaning and disinfection is the packaging suitable for being refilled with a new formulation.
The bottle with dropper is ideal for products that require precise dropwise dosing in a small amount. Typically these are facial and eye serums, concentrated oils, intensive elixirs, aromatherapeutic blends and other formulations where control over the amount of product applied is important. Thanks to the dark glass, it is particularly suitable for preparations with more sensitive active substances or essential oils.
We recommend first mechanically rinsing the packaging to remove residues of the previous filling and then washing it with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent. After thorough rinsing, it is important to allow both the bottle and the dropper to dry completely. Before new filling, the packaging should be disinfected, for example using alcohol for cosmetic use, such as IPA 99% – isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination of the new product.
If you decide not to continue using the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste-sorting rules and the information given in the product parameters. The glass part of the medicine bottle can generally be placed in the container intended for glass once residues of the contents and components made of other materials have been removed. The dropper and its individual parts (for example the plastic or metal part of the closure, the rubber bulb and the glass pipette) should be sorted according to their specific material composition, or placed in mixed waste if separate recycling is not possible. Always follow the recommendations provided with the product and your local waste collection system.
