The glass bottle with dropper is a practical and elegant packaging designed primarily for precise dosing of various liquid formulations. Thanks to the high-quality packaging and the integrated dropper, it is suitable for filling delicate cosmetic products, active serums and concentrated blends, where controlled, drop-by-drop application is important. The smaller-volume type of dropper bottle helps protect more sensitive formulations during use and supports comfortable and hygienic dispensing.
This type of glass bottle is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems according to the selected parameters – for example with screw caps, droppers, sprays or practical applicators. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the glass bottle with dropper is very practical for packaging active serums and concentrated cosmetic blends, where drop-by-drop dosing is important. The stable glass material is suitable for most oil-based and watery recipes. For formulations with a high content of acids, strong actives or essential oils, we recommend performing your own compatibility test to verify the behaviour of the specific recipe in the packaging during long-term storage.
The packaging can be reused for different types of formulations, provided that hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, both the bottle and the dropper must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to prevent cross-contamination and to avoid affecting the stability of the new recipe. For disinfection we recommend using, for example, isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, and it is important to let the packaging dry completely after treatment.
Before filling, we recommend washing the bottle in warm water with a suitable cleaning agent, rinsing thoroughly and allowing it to dry. It is then advisable to disinfect the packaging with alcohol – you can use isopropyl alcohol or ethanol at the recommended concentration, which you can find in the Handymade range. After applying the disinfectant, leave the container and the dropper to dry completely at room temperature. Packaging prepared in this way is suitable for filling homemade as well as smaller professional formulations.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. The glass part can, after thorough emptying and rinsing, be placed in a container intended for glass or taken to a collection yard. The dropper and other components containing plastic or rubber should be sorted according to local rules and their material marking. Before disposal, remove product residues in order to minimise the burden during further material processing.
