The plastic bottle with spray pump represents a practical solution for dispensing liquid preparations in the form of a fine mist, particularly suitable for cosmetic and hygiene products intended for everyday use. Thanks to the combination of a lightweight plastic container and a functional spray mechanism, the packaging is ideal for preparations that require an even application in a thin layer without contact with the contents.
The packaging is designed to be both aesthetically appealing and practical during filling, storage and use, which you will appreciate for smaller as well as larger batches of your own cosmetics or home-made formulations. The spray pump enables comfortable, economical and hygienic dosing without excessive waste of the product.
This bottle with spray pump forms a functional combination of packaging and dosing element directly within the product range. The combinations of packaging and caps that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the selected product will function reliably also with your specific recipe.

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are followed. However, before each new filling it is necessary to clean the container and the spray pump thoroughly and then disinfect them with a suitable product, for example with isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and the impact on the stability of the new formulation.
The spray pump is ideal for watery solutions, hydrolates, facial and body sprays, disinfectant sprays for hands, fine hair mists, and home and textile sprayers. For thicker or more oily formulations we always recommend performing a trial filling to check whether the nozzle doses evenly and without clogging.
After emptying, we recommend rinsing the container with a suitable cleaning agent and warm water, then pumping clean water several times through the spray pump to flush the internal capillary. After mechanical cleaning it is necessary to disinfect the packaging – ideally using isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol, which are not rinsed off after application and drying. Only after complete drying is the bottle ready for new filling.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend that after using up the contents you remove product residues and place it in sorted collection according to the type of material stated in the product parameters. For plastics it is usually placed in the container designated for plastic waste, but always respect local sorting rules. By separating the plastic container and the components of the spray pump you will facilitate the subsequent processing in the recycling process and reduce the environmental burden.
