The plastic bottle with spray pump represents a practical and aesthetic packaging for modern liquid formulations intended mainly for cosmetic and hygiene products. Thanks to the high-quality material and functional spray mechanism, it is suitable for fine atomization of aqueous and low-viscosity preparations, where even application to the skin, hair or surfaces is important. The combination of container and spray pump enables comfortable dosing without contact with the contents, which supports hygiene during repeated use.
The blue plastic bottle with black spray pump and glossy collar is ideal for products that require quick and easy application in the form of a fine mist – from refreshers to multifunctional toners or cleansing solutions. The practical shape of the container facilitates filling, storage and handling in home production, small-scale production and professional facilities.
This packaging is supplied as a functional combination of bottle and spray pump, ready for direct use without the need to purchase additional caps. The combinations of packaging and caps that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to ensure that the packaging works reliably with your specific product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The spray pump is designed primarily for aqueous and low-viscosity formulations, for which it can create a fine and even mist. Thick emulsions or pure oil blends may reduce dosing comfort or clog the nozzle. Before final use, we always recommend doing a trial filling and testing the behaviour of the specific formula in the packaging.
The packaging can be reused if you follow basic hygiene principles and thoroughly remove residues of the original contents between individual fillings. Before each new filling, the bottle and spray pump must be cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetal, which you can find in the Handymade range (IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol 1 l, Ethanol 96 – denatured vegetal 1 l). This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and of affecting the stability of the new product.
Before reuse, we recommend first rinsing the bottle with a suitable soapy or cleaning solution according to the type of previous contents, rinsing thoroughly with clean water and allowing it to dry. Then the packaging must be disinfected with an alcohol solution, for example using products based on isopropyl alcohol or ethanol available on Handymade. Pour the disinfectant solution into the container, activate the spray pump so that the internal system is also flushed, and after a short contact time pour off the excess solution. Before new filling, let all parts dry well at room temperature.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, recycling is recommended in accordance with the recommendation given in the product parameters. Follow the recycling symbol assigned to the packaging material in the parameter table on the product page and, according to it, sort the bottle into the appropriate container. Before placing it in sorted waste, it is advisable to remove any remaining contents and, if possible, separate the plastic container from the spray mechanism to facilitate material recovery.
To choose a suitable bottle, dropper bottle or jar, you can use the extended filter in the packaging material categories. It is located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant category and allows you to sort the range according to several parameters – in particular according to neck type, size, colour and material. By combining these filters, you can quickly narrow down the selection to packaging that best matches your formula, dosing method and visual requirements.
