Glass bottle with spray pump represents a professional packaging solution suitable for gentle and even dispensing of liquid preparations. Thanks to the durable glass and high-quality spray pump, it is ideal for products where precise, hygienic and economical application is important. The darker glass also helps protect more sensitive contents against external influences during normal storage.
Glass bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and of affecting the stability of the new fill.
This type of glass bottle with spray pump is most suitable for liquid preparations that are applied in a fine mist or spray – typically facial and body waters, floral waters, facial refreshers, hair sprays, light perfume compositions or aromatherapeutic blends. We always recommend testing the behaviour of the specific formulation in a small amount and verifying the quality of the spraying.
First rinse the glass part of the bottle with warm water and detergent, then rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow it to dry. Afterwards, disinfect the inside of the bottle by rinsing it with disinfectant alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. The spray pump itself should be rinsed with lukewarm water, then briefly sprayed through with alcohol and allowed to dry thoroughly, so that the new formulation is not diluted by residual water.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend sorting it into separated waste according to the material specified in the product parameters. The glass part can usually be disposed of in the glass container after removing any remaining contents. The plastic spray mechanism and any other plastic components should be separated from the glass and placed in plastic collection, if local recycling rules allow this. Before recycling, it is advisable to rinse the bottle so that no product residues remain inside.
