Is this container suitable for hot or freshly cooked preparations?

The plastic container is not intended for filling with hot or freshly cooked mixtures. We recommend filling only after the product has cooled down to room temperature, in order to maintain the shape stability and the functionality of the cap with reducer insert. Higher temperatures can worsen sealing and negatively affect the long-term stability of the packed product.

Can I use this bottle repeatedly?

The container can be reused provided that strict hygiene rules are observed and an appropriate cleaning method is used. Before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the cap and then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using the products IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% plant-denatured, which you can find in the Handymade.sk range. After disinfection, allow the container to dry completely at room temperature and only then fill it again.

How should I properly clean the bottle before further use?

First remove the residues of the original contents by rinsing with a suitable medium (for example warm water with detergent for water-based formulations). Then rinse the container repeatedly with clean water to remove all residues of the cleaning agent. After washing, it is necessary to perform disinfection using an alcohol solution, for example IPA 99 or ethanol 96% plant-denatured, and allow the container to dry freely with the neck facing downwards. Only after it is completely dry is the bottle ready for further use.

How can I safely dispose of or recycle this plastic container if I do not want to use it repeatedly?

If you decide not to use the container further, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules and the information given in the product parameters. Before putting it into sorted waste, it is advisable to remove product residues, rinse the bottle and, if possible, separate the individual parts (for example the bottle body and the cap). Then place the container into the appropriate bin according to the type of material indicated for the product on Handymade.sk, in order to support its proper recycling.
