The glass dropper bottle with black cap and dropper is a professional packaging component designed for precise dosing of liquid formulations in cosmetics as well as in laboratory and craft applications. Thanks to the integrated pipette, it enables convenient, controlled and hygienic drop-by-drop dosing without unnecessary contact with the contents, which supports the stability and quality of your products throughout the entire period of use.
This type of bottle is suitable for packing various liquid preparations where a precise and repeatable dose is required. The closure with dropper helps minimise the risk of contamination and reduces losses during application, making the packaging ideal for small batches, test batches and final retail packs. The glass dropper bottle is stable, chemically resistant and, with proper handling, also suitable for long-term storage of more sensitive formulations.
This set forms a complete combination of glass bottle with black cap and dropper, designed directly for precise drop dosing. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the packaging cooperates optimally with the specific product under your conditions.

The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed, especially within your own production or for refilling with another product of a similar nature. Before each new filling, the bottle, closure and dropper must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. For disinfection we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the packaging has completely dried is it appropriate to proceed to refilling.
Before first use we recommend rinsing the inside of the dropper bottle with a suitable cleaning agent, then rinsing thoroughly with drinking water and, depending on the nature of your products, also with demineralised water. It is then advisable to disinfect the packaging with alcohol (e.g. IPA or ethanol), let the excess liquid drain off and allow the packaging to dry completely. For repeated use, proceed in the same way, making sure to remove all residues of the original contents so that no unwanted reactions with the new product occur.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend placing it in sorted collection according to the material specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can, in most collection systems, be placed in the glass container, and it is advisable to remove coarse residues of contents. The closure with dropper is usually made of a different material than glass, so separate it from the bottle and dispose of it according to local waste sorting rules. Always follow the recommendations of your collection system so that recycling is as effective as possible.
The dropper is intended primarily for low-viscosity to medium-viscosity liquids that can be reliably dosed drop by drop. These are mainly oils, tinctures, serums, aqueous and hydroalcoholic solutions or aromatherapeutic blends. For thicker formulations we recommend carrying out a dosing test before filling, in order to verify whether the dropper provides a smooth flow and does not become clogged. Depending on the test result, you can if necessary adjust the formula or choose another type of packaging.
