After washing, it is appropriate to disinfect these parts with an alcohol solution (e.g. using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based) and let them dry completely at room temperature away from direct heat. This minimizes the risk of microbial contamination during subsequent use.

When filling, we recommend working in the cleanest environment possible and using suitable filling aids (pipettes, funnels, syringes) to minimize contamination of the neck and thread. The closure with dropper, which may contain a combination of plastic and other materials, is sorted according to local waste collection instructions or disposed of in mixed waste if separation of the individual materials is not technically possible.
