For disinfection, you can use, for example, the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Only after their application and the evaporation of the alcohol is the bottle ready for safe refilling.

How should I correctly clean and disinfect the bottle before a new filling?

First, we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle and cap with warm water and a mild detergent, then rinsing them thoroughly with clean water and allowing them to dry. Before filling, it is advisable to briefly spray or rinse the internal surfaces and contact areas with a disinfectant alcohol, such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After the alcohol has completely evaporated, the packaging is ready for use.

How do I find out whether this bottle is suitable for my formulation?

When selecting packaging, consider the type of base (water-based, oil-based, alcohol-based or emulsion), the viscosity and the method of application of the product.
