The plastic bottle with sprayer is a practical and lightweight container, ideal for packaging various liquid preparations where a fine, even misting is required. Thanks to the combination of a high-quality plastic body and a functional mechanical sprayer, it is suitable for cosmetic, hygiene and household blends. The darker version helps limit light exposure to more sensitive contents, which supports the stability of selected formulations.
The bottle is designed to ensure comfortable application in the form of a fine mist, easy handling and secure closure during everyday use as well as transport. It is suitable for more viscous and thinner liquids, provided they are compatible with the plastic used and the sprayer mechanism.
The packaging can also be used for liquid preparations containing alcohol, if they are compatible with the plastic material used and the sprayer mechanism. We recommend testing the finished product first in a small amount – monitor any changes in colour, odour, viscosity and the functionality of the sprayer itself during longer-term storage.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle, including the sprayer, must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. At the same time, we recommend using the same type of product (e.g. always a water-based toner) in order to minimise the risk of residues of the original formulation.
First rinse the bottle with warm water and detergent, then rinse several times with clean water and allow it to dry thoroughly. We recommend flushing the spraying mechanism in the same way by pouring the cleaning solution into the bottle and pressing the sprayer several times. Before refilling, disinfect the packaging with preparations such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based and allow the residual alcohol to evaporate at room temperature.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend first completely emptying it and removing any product residues. The method of recycling is determined by the type of plastic indicated in the parameter table of the specific product on the website – sort the packaging into the appropriate plastics container according to this marking. The sprayer often consists of several plastic parts and a spring, and is therefore usually sorted together with the plastic packaging. Local waste sorting rules may differ slightly, so also follow the recommendations of your local recycling centre or municipality.
