The plastic bottle with dispenser represents a practical and elegant packaging suitable for both professional and home cosmetic production. Thanks to the high-quality plastic material and reliable dispensing mechanism, it is ideal for packaging liquid preparations that require controlled and hygienic dosing. The packaging is designed to allow comfortable use during everyday dosing of products – from facial and body care to functional preparations for the household. The integrated dispenser ensures even application of the contents, minimizes waste and reduces the risk of contamination of the contents during repeated use of the bottle.
The bottle with dispenser designed in this way forms a complete packaging set that is directly ready for filling and use. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the packaging functions optimally with your particular product.

Yes, the packaging can be refilled repeatedly under normal use, provided you observe basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the dispensing part and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcoholic solution, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and extends the usability of your product.
We recommend first rinsing the bottle with warm water and a mild cleansing agent and then rinsing thoroughly so that no detergent residues remain in the container. After mechanical cleaning, it is appropriate to spray or rinse the inside of the packaging and the contact parts of the dispenser with an alcohol-based disinfectant, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Then let the packaging air-dry at room temperature.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend first emptying it and removing any remaining contents. Then proceed according to the recycling rules stated in the parameter table for the product, where the material used and the recommended sorting method are specified. Depending on the type of plastic, the packaging usually belongs in the appropriate container for plastic waste, and it is advisable to separate the bottle itself from the dispensing part if they are made of different materials. By sorting correctly, you support efficient recycling and reduce the amount of waste.
The bottle with dispenser is suitable for a wide range of liquid to slightly viscous preparations, including emulsions and oil blends. For very thick creams or gels, however, dosing may be limited and it is recommended to test the consistency of the product in combination with the specific type of pump in advance. Before use in practice, it is always appropriate to carry out a trial filling to verify the smoothness and accuracy of dosing.
