The plastic bottle with spray dispenser is a practical packaging format for liquid products where gentle and even application is important. Thanks to the combination of a durable plastic body and a functional spray dispenser, it is suitable for packaging cosmetics, cleaning solutions, and homemade blends based on water or alcohol. The darker design of the bottle also helps reduce light exposure for more sensitive formulations and contributes to better protection of the contents during storage.
The pack can, provided hygiene rules are followed, be safely reused. Before each refilling, the bottle and the spray dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. Allow the disinfectant to evaporate sufficiently and only then refill the pack to minimise the risk of microbial growth and product deterioration.
To extend service life, we recommend protecting the bottle and the spray dispenser from mechanical damage and from long-term exposure to direct sunlight. When changing the contents, it is advisable to rinse the pack, pump clean water or a suitable diluent compatible with the formulation used through the spray mechanism, and then disinfect the components. Do not use aggressive solvents that could damage the plastic or the seals.
To select suitable packaging, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category. In the advanced filter, the range can be clearly sorted according to parameters such as neck type, size, colour and material. In this way you can easily find a bottle, jar or pot that best matches your product and preferred design.
If you decide not to reuse the pack, we recommend emptying it and removing any product residues in line with the nature of the filling, and then recycling it in accordance with the material information stated in the product parameters. Depending on the type of plastic, place the bottle and the spray dispenser into the appropriate separated waste stream (for example the yellow container for plastics), and if possible dismantle the components to facilitate subsequent recycling. Always adapt recycling practices to local waste collection conditions.
Spray bottles are primarily intended for low-viscosity, free-flowing liquids such as aqueous solutions, hydrolats or light alcohol sprays. Thicker emulsions, balms or heavier oils may clog the nozzle and reduce spray quality. For non-standard formulations, we recommend carrying out a small-scale trial filling and checking whether the mechanism provides the required dispersion and application comfort.
Store the filled bottle in a dry, cooler environment, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures (for example in a car in the sun or close to heating), to prevent a loss of stability of sensitive ingredients and undesirable effects on plastic components. Always close the pack tightly to minimise evaporation of volatile substances and contamination of the contents.
