Brown plastic jar 70/400, 200 ml is a universal container suitable for a wide range of cosmetic and technical products. Thanks to the high‑quality plastic material, it is ideal for packing creamy, gel and loose (powder) formulations that require a practical jar with convenient access to the contents. The smooth walls of the jar make filling, labelling and subsequent handling easier for both professional and hobby production.
This jar belongs to stand‑alone packaging components that are intended to be combined with compatible closures according to the selected product parameters. They are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing options (for example screw caps, inner sealing inserts or practical applicators), which you can find directly in the offer of related products.
Combinations of containers and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, the behaviour of the closure under repeated opening and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, pH, alcohol content or oil content).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the jar is designed to serve reliably as a container for various creamy, buttery and gel formulations. The wide opening makes filling and scooping the product easier and ensures convenient use in face, body and hair care. However, for every new formula we recommend carrying out a trial filling and verifying the compatibility of the packaging with the specific composition.
The jar can be reused if hygiene principles are observed, for example when producing smaller batches or refilling the same type of product. Before each new filling, the container must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol‑based preparation, for example using the products IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol or plant‑based ethanol 96 %, which you can find in our offer at /ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l/ and /etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l/. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and ensures a longer shelf life for your products.
If you decide not to use the jar any longer, we recommend that after emptying and basic cleaning you place it in sorted waste according to the type of plastic material indicated in the parameter table of the product on the Handymade website. The recycling symbol and material designation will indicate into which plastics container the packaging belongs. By following these recommendations, you contribute to more efficient waste processing and to reducing the burden on the environment.
This type of jar is suitable for smaller home projects as well as for professional or craft production. It allows clear batch identification, easy labelling and practical storage of finished products on shelves or in stockrooms. For this reason, it is popular with natural cosmetics manufacturers, small brands and hobby creators who want to give their products a uniform and aesthetic appearance.
When choosing a suitable bottle, jar or pill bottle, you can use the advanced filter that is available at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging material category. In the filter, you can conveniently narrow down the offer by neck type, size, colour and material so that you can quickly find the packaging that best suits your formulation, design and dispensing method.
