Glass bottle – transparent milky with smoky top part represents an elegant and functional packaging for professional and home-made formulations of creams, serums and other cosmetics. The smooth surface and high-quality glass allow comfortable filling and dispensing while at the same time providing a stable environment for sensitive ingredients. In combination with a suitable dispensing system, this bottle is an ideal choice for liquid, gel and thicker emulsion products that require precise and hygienic application.
This glass bottle is a standalone packaging and is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical cream applicators) according to the selected parameters in the offer. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure of reliable and safe use.

Yes, the bottle is suitable for light fluids, facial serums and thicker cream emulsions. The key is to choose the right type of closure or dispenser that is designed for the specific viscosity of the product. Before final filling, we recommend carrying out a trial filling to verify the smooth flow during dosing and the comfort of application.
The packaging can be reused if strict hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned, residues of the previous product removed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation (for example using products available on Handymade: IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based). Packaging prepared in this way is then suitable for refilling with a fresh formulation.
Before first filling, we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent, thoroughly rinsing it with drinking water and letting it dry completely. It is then advisable to disinfect the packaging with an alcohol solution, for example using isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. Perform the disinfection in such a way that no residues of the cleaning agent or water remain inside the container or on the closure thread, which could affect the stability of your formulation.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules. The glass bottle can generally be sorted into the container designated for glass, while plastic or metal parts of the closures should be separated from the bottle and sorted according to their material. The exact method of classification into sorted waste is based on the material specification given in the product parameters on Handymade – follow the pictogram and information about the material.
