Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and extends the safe usage time of the final product.

What type of products is most suitable for this cream dispenser?

The dispenser is most suitable for creamy and emulsion formulations of medium viscosity – for example face and body creams, milks, gels or lighter butters. In the case of very thick balms or butters, we recommend first testing the dispensing on a small sample to verify the smoothness and comfort of application in the specific recipe.
