The glass bottle with dropper represents a professional packaging suitable for precise dosing of liquid cosmetic preparations, serums, oils and concentrates. Thanks to the high-quality glass and practical dropper, it is ideal for products where controlled drop-by-drop dosing and a clean, aesthetic presentation of the final product are important.
The smooth surface of the bottle allows for easy labelling with a label or print, and the selected type of closure ensures reliable sealing of the contents. The glass material is stable, does not affect the fragrance or texture of the filling and maintains its quality throughout the entire period of use.
The glass bottle itself is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected parameters – typically screw caps, droppers, spray heads or practical applicators. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure of optimal performance for your specific recipe.

Pred prvým plnením odporúčame fľaštičku aj kvapátko mechanicky vyčistiť, opláchnuť a následne dezinfikovať vhodným alkoholovým prípravkom. Na dezinfekciu обalu je možné použiť napríklad IPA alebo etanol určený na tento účel. Po aplikácii dezinfekcie nechajte všetky časti dôkladne vyschnúť pri izbovej teplote a až potom nádobu napĺňajte finálnym produktом.
Sklenenú fľaštičku s kvapátkom je možné opakovane používať, pokiaľ sú dodržané základné hygienické zásady a materiál nie je mechanicky poškodený. Pred každým novým plnením je potrebné obal dôkladne vyčistiť a dezinfikovať – odporúčame použitie prípravkov na báze alkoholu, napríklad isopropylalkoholu (produkt IPA 99 % nájdete v kategórii surovín) alebo denaturovaného rastlinného etanolu. Po vyčistení a dezinfekcii nechajte všetky časti úplne vyschnúť, aby nedošlo k nežiaducemu riedeniu alebo ovplyvneniu vašej formulácie.
Ak sa rozhodnete fľaštičku ďalej nepoužívať, odporúčame ju najskôr vyprázdniť a zbaviť zvyškov produktu. Samotné sklo vhoďte do zbernej nádoby určenej na triedenie skla podľa lokálnych pravidiel. Uzáver a kvapátko je vhodné oddeliť a triediť podľa materiálu (plast, prípadne kombinácia plastu a iných компонентov), alebo odovzdať v zbernom dvore, ak miestny systém triedenia takýto typ obalu neumožňuje jednoducho roztriediť. Pri recyklácii sa vždy riaďte odporúčaniami vášho zberového systému odpadu.
Na jednoduchší výber obalu môžete využiť rozšírený filter, ktorý sa nachádza v hornej časti stránky po kliknutí на зvolenú kategóriu obalového materiálu. Kvapátko je obzvlášť vhodné for products where dosing in small quantities and drop by drop is important. In practice, this mainly includes facial and eye serums, concentrated oils, intensive treatment cures, active ingredients that are added to creams or serums in small amounts, and aromatherapy blends intended for external use. Such dosing reduces the risk of product waste and allows the user to better control the applied amount.
