The glass bottle with black and gold sprayer represents a practical and elegant packaging for various liquid formulations, especially for fine sprays, toners and hygiene solutions. High-quality glass ensures the stability of the filled product and, in combination with the sprayer, enables even and comfortable dispensing onto the skin, hair and surfaces. This type of packaging is suitable for both home and professional use, where reliability, clean design and precise dosing without unnecessary waste of the contents are important.
The glass bottle with sprayer forms a ready-made combination of packaging and dosing system prepared for immediate use. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test – checking sealing, the way of dispensing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (especially for products containing alcohol, essential oils or active ingredients). In this way you will ensure optimal functionality and long-term stability of your final product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the enclosed packaging quality certificate and in the product parameters. When designing and formulating the product, we recommend that you base your work on this data so that you choose a suitable viscosity, filling method and storage conditions. Combined with testing under your specific conditions, this will give you a reliable and well-functioning final product.
Glass is generally a very stable material with respect to common cosmetic components, including alcoholic solutions and blends with essential oils. However, it is recommended to carry out your own compatibility test, especially at higher alcohol concentrations or with strongly concentrated essential oils, in order to verify the behaviour of the product over time and the functionality of the sprayer itself.
The packaging can be used repeatedly, provided that strict hygiene rules are observed. Before each refilling, both the bottle and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example products such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After rinsing and complete drying, the bottle is ready for further safe use. When changing the product type (e.g. from a perfume spray to a facial toner) we recommend even more thorough cleaning and always a small test batch.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is appropriate to recycle it responsibly according to the material types specified in the product parameters. The glass part can usually be placed in a container intended for glass once you have removed any remaining contents. The plastic and metal parts of the sprayer must be sorted separately according to local waste sorting rules. Before recycling, we recommend rinsing the bottle so that no residues of cosmetic products or cleaning solutions remain in the waste.
To select a suitable packaging, you can use the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the selected packaging material category. With the help of the filter, you can conveniently narrow down the offer according to parameters such as neck type, size, colour or material. In this way you will quickly find a bottle, jar or pot that best matches your product and the intended method of dosing.
Before filling, check the cleanliness of the bottle and the sprayer and make sure that they are completely dry. It is recommended to start with a small test quantity of the product, which you leave to stand for a certain period of time while periodically checking the spraying performance, the tightness of the closure and the stability of the formulation in the glass packaging. For thicker or highly viscous blends, it may be necessary to adjust the composition so that the sprayer can reliably dispense the contents.
The glass bottle with a high-quality sprayer is also suitable for transport; however, we recommend always placing it in a separate case or zip bag so that it is protected against impacts and tipping over. When filling, leave a small air space to minimize the risk of the contents being forced out due to temperature changes. For travelling, it is practical first to prepare a short-term test use in order to verify the sealing and durability of the combination under your real conditions.
