The glass bottle with a transparent body and a glossy white-silver dispenser represents an aesthetic and functional packaging, ideal for dispensing cosmetic preparations and other liquid formulations. High-quality glass in combination with the dispenser ensures controlled, hygienic and repeatedly precise application of the contents, which is important for facial, body and hair care. Thanks to its universal shape, this bottle is suitable for both artisanal and semi-professional production, while supporting the premium appearance of the finished product.
This bottle is supplied directly with a glossy white-silver dispenser designed for convenient and economical dispensing of the contents. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to ensure optimal user comfort and the stability of your product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the glass bottle can be safely reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected – we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99% or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96% denatured. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and of affecting the stability of the new product batch.
The dispenser is intended primarily for liquid and lightly viscous formulations such as serums, fluids, light emulsions, watery gels or oil blends without significant thickening. With very thick creams or balms, dispensing may be limited, so we recommend always testing the behaviour of your specific formula in the packaging in advance and adjusting the viscosity of the product if necessary.
Before the first filling, we recommend rinsing the bottle with warm water and a mild cleaning agent, rinsing thoroughly with drinking water and allowing it to dry completely. It is then advisable to disinfect the inner surface and the dispenser with an alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99% or Ethanol 96% denatured. Only after the alcohol has completely evaporated and all parts have dried is the bottle ready for filling.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend first emptying it and, if possible, removing any product residues. The glass part of the bottle should be placed in the appropriate container for segregated waste according to local glass recycling rules. The dispenser and any plastic components must be disassembled and sorted according to the material specified in the product parameters on the website, following the segregation system in your municipality. In this way you support efficient recycling and reduce the amount of mixed waste.
The simplest way is to use the advanced filter in the packaging materials category. After clicking on the selected category (for example bottles, jars or dispensers), you will find advanced filtering at the top of the page, where you can clearly choose parameters such as neck type, size, colour and material of the packaging. By combining these filters, you will quickly narrow down the offer to packaging that best meets the requirements of your formula and the intended method of use.
Yes, the glass bottle with an elegant dispenser is very suitable for small test batches, samples for clients and gift packaging of limited editions. Transparent glass allows you to check the colour and clarity of the product during stability testing, while the dispenser ensures comfortable and clean use. For new formulas, we always recommend performing a compatibility test – checking the behaviour of the formulation in contact with the glass and the dispenser seal for at least several days to weeks.
