Can this glass dropper bottle be reused?

Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each refilling, the bottle, cap and dropper must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or denatured ethanol Ethanol 96 %. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and of affecting the stability of the new formulation.

How should the bottle be properly cleaned before further use?

Before refilling, we recommend disassembling the bottle into its individual parts (glass body, cap, dropper), mechanically removing residues of the original product, then washing with a suitable cleaning agent and rinsing thoroughly. After washing, it is advisable to disinfect the inner surfaces with alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % or Ethanol 96 %, and allow them to dry completely before further use.

How can I safely dispose of and recycle this glass dropper bottle if I no longer wish to use it?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can usually be handed over to the glass recycling system after emptying and roughly cleaning off product residues.
