The glass bottle with sprayer is a reliable packaging material intended for filling liquid cosmetic preparations, cleaning solutions and homemade blends based on water or alcohol. Thanks to the high-quality glass and the practical spray mechanism, it enables fine and even atomization without the contents coming into contact with the external environment, which contributes to the stability and longer shelf life of the product. The transparent glass allows for visual control of the amount and appearance of the contents, which is appreciated by home crafters as well as professional cosmetics manufacturers.
The glass bottle with spray mechanism is part of a packaging system which is designed on Handymade to be compatible with different types of caps and dispensing options within a given neck type. The bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dosing (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure of trouble-free use during both short-term and long-term storage.

Yes, the glass bottle can be used repeatedly when handled correctly and when hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable alcoholic solution, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the interior of the bottle and the spraying mechanism are completely dry is the packaging ready for a new filling.
First empty the bottle and rinse it with warm water and a mild, well-rinsable cleaning agent. Then rinse it several times with clean water to remove any detergent residues. We recommend rinsing the spray head by pouring clean water into the bottle and actuating the sprayer several times to discharge the contents. After washing, it is advisable to disinfect the interior of the bottle and the dispensing mechanism with alcohol (ALK001 / ALK002) and allow it to dry completely at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
The glass spray bottle is ideal for liquid preparations with low to medium viscosity that need to be finely atomized – for example facial and body mists, hydrolats, hair tonics, room and fabric sprays, aromatherapeutic blends or cleaning solutions. For formulations with a higher content of oils or for thicker emulsions, it is advisable to test in advance whether the sprayer will ensure smooth and even dosing without clogging.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material given in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle, once emptied and rinsed, is usually placed in a container designated for glass sorting. The plastic sprayer and any other plastic components must, after being separated from the glass, be disposed of in the appropriate plastic container, provided that local waste sorting rules allow this. Before placing the packaging in sorted waste, it is advisable to remove any product residues to simplify the recycling process.
