The plastic bottle with spray pump is a practical and professional packaging solution suitable for gently dispersing liquid preparations in the form of a mist or spray. Thanks to the combination of the transparent body and functional spray pump, it is ideal for filling cosmetic, hygiene and cleaning formulations where control of consumption and even application to the skin, hair or surface are important.
The transparent plastic bottle allows visual control of the contents and their quantity, which is appreciated by manufacturers as well as home crafters for small and medium product batches. The packaging is designed to withstand repeated pressing of the spray pump and normal handling without unwanted leakage, while supporting a clean and aesthetic presentation of the final product.
This transparent plastic bottle with spray pump forms on Handymade a ready-made combination of packaging and functional applicator intended for spraying liquid preparations. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, dosing smoothness and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, oil or water base).

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly with proper handling, but we recommend reserving it for the same type of product (for example, always the same type of spray). Before each new filling, the bottle and the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. Disinfection helps reduce the risk of microbial contamination and prolongs the stability of your cosmetic and hygiene products.
For care, we recommend gentle hand washing in lukewarm water with a mild detergent, followed by thorough rinsing and disinfection with a suitable alcohol-based product. The plastic material is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures – it is not suitable for boiling or sterilizing in boiling water and it is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher, where there is a risk of deformation of the packaging as well as damage to the spray pump. After cleaning, allow the bottle and spray head to dry completely to minimize the risk of dilution or deterioration of the next filled product.
The bottle with spray pump is ideal for low-viscosity liquids that have the consistency of water or a light solution. It works excellently for hydrolats, facial and body waters, refreshing sprays, gentle hair sprays, hand disinfectant solutions and room or textile sprays. With thicker emulsions and oil blends, spraying performance may deteriorate or the nozzle may clog, therefore we recommend performing a test on a small sample of the product before final filling and verifying that the chosen formulation works reliably with this type of spray pump.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle with spray pump, we recommend that after emptying and basic rinsing you recycle it according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters for this packaging. It is advisable to remove any product residues from the bottle and spray pump and then place them in the appropriate sorted waste according to local collection rules (for example, the container for plastics). In case of doubt, follow your local sorting system or the recommendations of your municipality. Rational recycling helps reduce the amount of waste and supports a more sustainable approach to working with packaging materials.
