The plastic bottle with trigger sprayer is a practical and durable container for various liquid preparations where even and controlled application in the form of a fine mist is important. It is particularly suitable for cosmetic formulations, cleaning solutions and home DIY blends, where you will appreciate convenient dosing, good mechanical resistance and easy handling. Thanks to the transparent body you have immediate control over the contents and quantity, which makes working and regular refilling of the product easier.
This bottle is offered on Handymade as a complete set with trigger sprayer, and the combination of container and dosing mechanism is designed to provide reliable spraying and good tightness during normal use.
Combinations of containers and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking sealing, consistent dosing and the behaviour of the container in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, oil phase or pH).
All technical parameters of the container are specified in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the container can be reused if handled correctly and if hygiene principles are followed. Before every new filling we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the sprayer and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After rinsing and drying you can refill the container; when changing the product type it is advisable to carry out more thorough cleaning to prevent mixing of residues from previous formulations.
For basic cleaning we recommend disassembling the container (separating the trigger sprayer from the bottle body) and rinsing it with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent. It is then appropriate to disinfect with alcohol (e.g. products available on Handymade) and allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature. Avoid using aggressive solvents and excessively hot water, which could affect the shape or functionality of the plastic parts and the spray mechanism.
If you decide not to reuse the container, we recommend placing it in separate collection according to the recycling symbol and the information given in the product parameters. Before placing it in sorted waste, empty the bottle, rinse it if possible and separate the body of the container from the trigger sprayer. Then put the individual parts in the appropriate collection bin according to the material (e.g. plastic packaging in the plastic container). By following local waste-sorting rules you support more considerate handling of packaging materials and their recovery.
The bottle with trigger sprayer is ideal for liquid and slightly viscous products that need to be applied as a spray. It is excellent for facial and body mists, hydrolats, hair sprays, air fresheners, mild water-based cleaning solutions and various DIY blends for home or professional use. For very thick or highly oily formulations we recommend carrying out a dosing test before filling to check whether the sprayer provides the desired fineness and uniformity of mist.
The simplest way is to use the extended filter in the packaging category. After clicking on the relevant category (for example bottles, dropper bottles, jars or sprayers) you will find extended filtering at the top of the page, where you can select containers according to neck type, size, colour or material. In this way you quickly narrow down the offer to products that are most suitable for your formulation and application method. When working with several product types we recommend comparing several packaging options and then carrying out trial filling and testing of dosing functionality.
