The plastic bottle with white spray pump and glossy gold ring represents an aesthetic and practical packaging solution for modern formulations where precise and gentle application is important. Thanks to the combination of a transparent body and a high-quality spray pump, it is suitable for filling various liquid products that require convenient dispensing directly onto the skin, hair, surfaces or textiles. The transparent material allows for easy visual control of the contents and fill level, which facilitates work during both production and use.
The packaging is designed to work reliably with cosmetic and technical formulations in liquid form, such as toners, sprays, light oil blends or cleansing solutions. The spray mechanism ensures even distribution of the product, thereby reducing consumption and increasing comfort during application. Thanks to the durable plastic body, this bottle is also suitable for more frequent transport, storage on shelves or use in facilities where safety and low packaging weight are important.
Warning regarding PET-type plastic material: for this type of packaging, it is not suitable to expose the material to high temperatures. Elevated temperature may lead to a risk of deformation of the bottle and may affect the sealing or the function of the spray pump. The packaging is not intended for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling, therefore gentle manual cleaning at low temperatures is recommended, followed by disinfection according to the recommendations below.
This bottle is supplied together with a spray pump, and the selected combination of packaging and dosing mechanism has been prepared on Handymade so as to be functional and practically usable for a normal method of application. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the packaging works optimally with your recipe in terms of viscosity, spray pattern and stability.
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be used repeatedly with a suitable type of fill, provided that basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and subsequently disinfected, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Carry out the disinfection at room temperature, allow the packaging to air-dry and only then refill it.
We recommend rinsing the bottle with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent, shaking it well and then rinsing thoroughly with clean water. It is appropriate to pump clean water repeatedly through the spray pump so that the solution passes through the entire mechanism. Since this is PET material, the use of hot water, a dishwasher or boiling is not recommended, as it could lead to deformation of the packaging or deterioration of the function of the spray pump. After washing, it is advisable to disinfect the packaging with a suitable alcohol-based preparation and allow it to dry naturally.
PET packaging is designed primarily for use at normal room temperatures. It is not intended for direct heating of the contents or for long-term exposure to elevated temperatures (for example near heat sources, in a sauna or in a heated car). At higher temperatures, there may be deformation of the bottle, an impact on the function of the spray pump or deterioration of the sealing. If you need to heat the contents, it is recommended to do this before filling, in a separate container, and to fill the bottle with an already cooled product.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, it is recommended to recycle it according to the type of plastic stated in the product parameters. Before handing it over for separate collection, it is advisable to empty the bottle, if necessary rinse out any remaining contents and check the material indication on the base or in the product description. The PET bottle body itself is usually sorted into the container intended for plastic waste; in the case of dosing mechanisms there may be a combination of several plastics, which it is appropriate, where possible, to dismantle. Always follow local waste-sorting rules and the recommendations for the specific material type in the parameter table on the product page.
