The plastic soap bottle with lever spray dispenser represents a practical and professional solution for packaging liquid products where convenient dosing in the form of a fine mist is important. The transparent bottle allows visual control of the contents and remaining amount, while the lever spray dispenser ensures efficient and repeatable application. Thanks to the materials used, the packaging is suitable for various water-based formulations and fits well into both cosmetic and cleaning product ranges.
Warning regarding PET material: This type of plastic packaging should not be exposed to high temperatures, as this may lead to unwanted deformation of the bottle. The packaging is not intended for dishwasher cleaning or boiling – gentle manual cleaning at lower temperatures is recommended.
This bottle is supplied in combination with a functional lever spray dispenser that is optimized for the given neck type and use. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure that spraying performance and product stability will meet your requirements.

Yes, the packaging can be reused with appropriate use and gentle handling. However, before each refilling, both the bottle and the spray dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, ideally using alcohol-based preparations such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Adhering to hygiene principles during cleaning and drying of the packaging is crucial for safe repeated use.
Plastic packaging made of PET should be cleaned by hand, with lukewarm water and a mild detergent, without using aggressive abrasive aids. Do not expose the packaging to high temperatures, do not boil it and do not wash it in a dishwasher, as there is a risk of deformation of the bottle and damage to the spray dispenser. After washing, allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature and disinfect them with an alcohol solution before refilling.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is recommended to recycle it according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. The PET bottle body, once emptied and rinsed, is usually placed in the container designated for plastics. The spray dispenser may contain a combination of plastics and possibly metal springs, so it is advisable to separate it from the bottle body and follow local waste-sorting rules. Before handing it over for recycling, remove any product residues and do not crush the packaging unless this is required by the local collection system.
The lever spray dispenser is ideal for liquid formulations with low to medium viscosity that need to be applied as a spray or fine mist. In practice, these are mainly facial and body mists, hydrolats, hair tonics, air fresheners, light cleaning solutions and aromatherapy sprays. Before final filling, we recommend testing the desired spray effect and dosing homogeneity with the specific formula.
