Transparent plastic soap bottle 500 ml – white spray dispenser represents a practical and lightweight packaging suitable for various liquid preparations for the bathroom, household and workshop. The transparent bottle enables visual control of the content and quantity, allowing you to keep track of the product’s condition during everyday use as well as when selling your own cosmetics. The integrated spray dispenser ensures convenient and even application, which is ideal for preparations that require a fine misting onto the skin, surfaces or textiles. The material base of the packaging is optimised for cosmetic and cleaning formulations that do not require special barrier properties.
The packaging can be reused with appropriate handling and if undamaged, but always in compliance with correct hygiene principles. Before each new filling we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the spray dispenser, then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based agent, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. After the disinfectant has dried and the functionality of the spray dispenser has been checked, the container can be refilled. At the same time, make sure that the new filling is, in terms of composition, compatible with PET plastic and the spray mechanism used.
When caring for the PET bottle it is important to avoid exposure to high temperatures and sudden thermal shock. Do not wash the packaging in a dishwasher and do not boil it, so as to prevent deformation or a reduction in the strength of the plastic. Gentle hand washing in slightly warm water with a mild cleaning agent is recommended, followed by thorough rinsing and drying. Protect the spray dispenser from mechanical damage and deposits – with more viscous or poorly soluble products it is advisable to regularly check the functionality of the nozzle and tube.
The bottle made of PET plastic is not intended for filling with hot or freshly boiled liquids. High temperatures can cause softening, deformation or local overloading of the material, which negatively affects the stability and tightness of the packaging. Always allow liquids to cool to room temperature before filling. This procedure reduces the risk of damage to the bottle, improves the long-term stability of the product and helps maintain the correct function of the spray dispenser.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is recommended to recycle it according to the material type specified in the product parameters. PET bottles are usually sorted into containers intended for plastic waste. Before disposal, it is advisable to empty the packaging, remove as much of any remaining contents as possible and, where possible, separate the plastic bottle from the closure or spray dispenser if they are made of different plastics. The recycling rules and recommended sorting are based on the material designation in the parameter table for the product on Handymade.sk, so before disposal always follow this marking and the local rules for sorted waste collection.
