The 100 ml plastic bottle with spray pump set is designed for thin, liquid products applied as a fine mist: facial toners, hydrosols, hair and body sprays, and room fragrances. The bottle and pump share the same neck finish, so the set is ready to use after filling — no need to search for a matching cap.

The bottle is made from clear PET, which is lightweight and shatter-resistant. It is therefore suitable for the bathroom, handbag, and travel, where glass would be impractical. The transparent material reveals the colour and clarity of the contents as well as how much is left. The black pump with a silver matte collar gives the packaging a discreet look suited to both female and male products.

What the set is suitable for

Facial toners, tonics and hydrosols – the pump applies a thin, even layer without a cotton pad and the contents never come into contact with fingers.
Hair sprays and leave-in conditioners in thin form – the fine mist distributes evenly along the hair lengths.
Body and refreshing sprays – the 100 ml volume provides extended use.
Room fragrances and fabric sprays – water-based and water-alcohol blends with a fragrance component.

The pump is designed for fills with a water-like consistency. Thick oils, gels and emulsions do not form a mist — they flow out as a stream or clog the mechanism. A different closure type is more suitable for those.

How to use the set

One press of the pump delivers approximately 0.12 ml of fill. On first use, press the pump several times without product until the dip tube is primed and a consistent mist begins to dispense.

If the pump's dip tube extends deeper than the bottle base and bends, trim it with clean scissors at an angled cut so that it ends just above the bottom. The angled cut prevents the tube from suctioning against the base, allowing the bottle to be emptied almost completely.

The bottle is filled to the nominal volume, not to the brim. The nominal volume is the quantity the container is intended for under standard filling conditions. The total brim-full volume is the physical capacity up to the neck. The difference between them provides clearance for the pump mechanism with its dip tube and for the expansion of the contents with temperature change. Overfilling the bottle may cause spillage when attaching the pump.

Good to know

Before first use, it is recommended to wash, rinse and sanitise the bottle with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, then allow it to dry completely. For the pump, spraying through with a disinfectant solution and allowing it to drip dry is sufficient. Boiling water and heat sterilisation are not suitable for PET, as the material deforms at elevated temperatures.

Fill with product only after it has cooled to room temperature. PET is not intended for hot-fill applications, and concentrated essential oils or solvents may cause the material to lose its clarity or shape over time. Test the container's behaviour with your specific formulation.

Clear PET does not protect the contents from light, so it is advisable to store the filled bottle away from direct sunlight.

The smooth cylindrical shape of the bottle makes label application straightforward. The dimensions required for label design are listed in the product parameters. Both the bottle and the pump can be reused after thorough cleaning. The bottle is washed with lukewarm water and a mild detergent, rinsed, and sanitised with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. The pump is flushed with clean water and then with a disinfectant solution to clean the dip tube and nozzle as well. PET is not tolerant of hot water. Both parts must be fully dry before refilling.
