Thanks to the stable plastic material, it is suitable for packaging semi-solid, creamy and loose products, while helping to protect the contents from external influences, contamination and unwanted leakage of fragrances. The lid is designed for standard storage and repeated use in both professional and home settings.

You offer a lot of packaging – how can I find the right one for my product?

On the Handymade website, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on a specific category. It is possible to filter by parameters such as neck, size, colour and material, which makes it easier to select suitable packaging.

Is the lid suitable for contact with cosmetic products?

Yes, the packaging material is suitable for use with cosmetic products and meets the relevant legislative requirements. Under normal use it is stable and does not affect the sensory properties of the cosmetics.

Can the lid also be used for food?

Yes, the packaging is suitable for direct contact with all types of food. It is stable under normal storage and use conditions and meets applicable legislative requirements for food packaging.

Can the plastic lid be used repeatedly?

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly when hygienic principles are followed. Before each filling, the lid must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 %, and then allowed to dry completely.

How should the lid be properly disposed of or recycled?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. After removing any product residues, sort it with plastics in accordance with local recycling rules. PP material is commonly recyclable within plastic waste streams.
