Plastic bottle with spray pump represents a practical packaging for liquid products where a gentle and even application in the form of a mist is required. Thanks to its reliable spray mechanism, it is suitable for products that are applied directly to the skin, hair, textiles or surfaces, and at the same time it allows comfortable dosing without unnecessary wasting of the contents.
This type of packaging is popular for packing cosmetic and auxiliary solutions where precise application, hygienic dosing and convenient use when travelling as well as in everyday home routines are important. The opaque design of the bottle helps protect more sensitive contents from light and supports the stability of many formulations.
This product represents a combination of packaging and spray, which is ready for immediate use without additional cap selection. Combinations of packaging and caps that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – to verify sealing, dosing reliability and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, oil or water base, etc.).

The packaging can be used repeatedly provided that proper hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with an appropriate agent, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after the complete drying of the inner surface and components is the packaging ready for refilling.
Before reuse, we recommend first rinsing the packaging mechanically with a suitable cleaning agent and water to remove residues of the original product. Then disinfect the inner space of the bottle as well as the suction tube with the head using alcohol, for example the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After rinsing with the disinfectant, let all parts dry thoroughly at room temperature so that moisture does not accumulate in the packaging and the new filling is not diluted.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend that after emptying and basic rinsing you place it in sorted collection according to the material specified in the product parameters. Information on the type of plastic and the recommended recycling symbol can be found in the parameter table for this product. In general, plastic bottles belong in the container designated for plastic waste; it is advisable to separate the bottle from the sprayer if they are made of different materials, and to minimise product residues inside the packaging.
Spray packaging is ideal for low-viscosity liquids that are to be applied in a thin layer or fine mist. Most often these are facial and body sprays, toners, air fresheners, hydrolats, hair tonics or auxiliary solutions containing alcohol or water. With thicker emulsions and oils, spraying may be limited, so it is advisable to test in advance the behaviour of the specific formulation in the chosen packaging.
