The plastic bottle with sprayer is a practical packaging for cosmetic and hygiene preparations that need to be dispensed in the form of a fine mist. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – verify sealing, consistent dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with your specific formulation (especially for products containing alcohol, acids, essential oils or other active substances).

FAQ – Frequently asked questions

Is it possible to use this plastic bottle with sprayer repeatedly?

You can, while observing hygiene principles, safely use the bottle repeatedly. Before each new filling, it is important to thoroughly clean and disinfect the packaging and the sprayer. For disinfection, we recommend using a suitable alcoholic preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find in our range as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after it has completely dried can you refill the packaging with a new product.

How should I properly clean the bottle and sprayer before re-use?

First rinse the packaging and the sprayer with warm water and detergent to remove residues of the original product. Then rinse with clean water and allow to drain. After basic cleaning, it is advisable to disinfect the inner surfaces and the tube with an alcoholic solution – for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Fill the bottle with the disinfectant solution, spray through the sprayer several times, then leave the packaging to dry freely at room temperature.

How can I best use this type of bottle for cosmetic products?

The bottle with sprayer is ideal for all formulations that need to create a fine mist – for example toners, flower waters, hydrating face sprays, body mists, hair detanglers or protective sprays. During production we recommend paying attention to suitable viscosity so that the mixture does not clog the nozzle. Thick emulsions or gels are not suitable for this type of packaging. After filling, always test the spraying and the evenness of dosing on a small area.

How should I properly recycle the bottle and sprayer if I no longer want to use them?

Before recycling, we recommend emptying the packaging as much as possible and rinsing it so that no product residues remain inside. The bottle and the sprayer are made of plastic material which, in accordance with the information in the product parameters, is sorted into the appropriate plastic container. When recycling, follow the recycling symbol and the recommendations in your area. If possible, re-use the packaging; if not, by responsible recycling you reduce the amount of waste and extend the lifecycle of the material.
